What WONDERFUL service!! We had received horrible car and taxi service from several places on Fort Myers Beach- until we reached out to Car Concierge Service- Heather was absolutely wonderful to us- the first pleasant person we spoke with. She went WAY OUT OF HER WAY to help us out in a pinch. Car Concierge Service knows what great customer service looks like and they offer it!List Item 4

Always 10 minutes early, direct contact with your driver. There is no better car service, especially for the price. If you use them more often, you will always have the same driver.

Heather booked our larger transport vehicle and even asked if we'd like them to pick up groceries prior to our late arrival. That was awesome. Nicole picked us up and was a great driver and a fun person! Thank you to her for waiting in the dark as we frantically searched for our rental home in the pitch dark jungle ha. Nicole also came a little early on our pick up day at our request. And of course we left something behind in the van so she mailed it to us. Very thankful we used these ladies in such an odd time in the world. It made us feel safer. Would most definitely use again!List Item 3

Had a great experience with this car service and highly recommend. I used this service to get picked up at the airport, car seats were clean and comfy for our kids. I am also using it for the trip back to the airport when we leave. I had to change the pickup day last minute since we decided to extend our vacation and Heather was very accommodating. I will definitely use this company in the future!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. We had Bill as our driver and he was great!! We are a family of 4 and the car had plenty of space and was clean. We will definitely use them again. Oh, and the best part- their prices were fair. We would highly recommend.

I used this car service from RSW to Naples. The customer service was amazing! They texted myself and my guest every step of the way. At no point were either of us wondering, "are they here yet?" So great! Will go back to Heather and this team again for future transportation needs.

Made the unfortunate mistake of booking with another transportation company who never showed up to pick us up at the airport. They never returned our calls when we were stranded. A passerby gave us the number to Car Concierge Service. They had a pristine limo for us in under 20 minutes, they came and located us and drove us to our hotel directly. Sue our driver was the best. Gave us tips and things to see that we never knew about from past visits. Professional, courteous and a nice reminder that some companies still take pride in their customer service. I would recommend this company and will continue to use them for both my business and personal trips to Florida. Great job CCS! Thank you all so much!
